Update - Hi all - the patch has successfully been applied and the site is available.

Actions; Vellox to reset everyone’s passwords as an additional security measure following the incident, so users will receive a password reset email, similar to when we cut over to the platform.

Stu will follow up with the PIR once we have discussed further with Vellox.

Investigating - Hi Everyone,

We are currently experiencing an unexpected service outage affecting the AirMaestro application/web.

Users may experience being unable to completely log into the portal or connect. The team are actively investigating the root cause and confirming details with the vendor.

We sincerely apologise for the disruption and we will send an update once the service is restored.
